Lomi Delivery is a food delivery app connecting cafes, riders and customers across Addis Ababa university. We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep every order moving smoothly, from the cafe kitchen to the rider to the customer's door.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate riders and assign orders during shifts
- Be the main contact for our partner cafes and make sure orders are ready on time
- Track live orders and solve delays and issues quickly
- Share a short daily report on orders, riders and cafes
Who we're looking for:
- Degree or diploma in any field
- 0 to 2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Clear communicator in Amharic and English
- Organized, calm under pressure and comfortable with apps and spreadsheets
